ABOUT CK SPORTS

Cat is an experienced sports physiotherapist with a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and expertise in the field of sports rehabilitation.

With a wealth of experience in gymnastics, Cat has worked extensively at club level, and across various state and national competitions with Gymnastics Victoria and more recently, at international level, touring with Gymnastics Australia. To compliment her love for gym sports, Cat also works with circus athletes at the National Institute of Circus Arts (NICA).

With an obvious passion for sports rehabilitation, Cat founded CK Sports Physio—a comprehensive framework designed to support gymnasts in injury prevention and injury management. Through her blend of clinical insight and advanced education, she provides athletes with evidence-based, high-quality care that links injury to function, promoting efficient recovery and optimising athletic performance.

In addition to her work in gymnastics, Cat is established at Sportsmed Biologic (Box Hill), where she specializes in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and leads the Clinical Pilates Program. She also shares her knowledge as a presenter for the Australian Physio and Pilates Association (APPI), training other professionals in clinical Pilates. Cat’s areas of expertise include hand therapy, custom splinting, and managing lower limb injuries.

With a holistic, athlete-centered approach, Cat is committed to helping every client move better, recover faster, and reach their highest potential.
